In a nine-year-old litigation between ISKCON-Bangalore and ISKCON-Mumbai over the ownership of the Sri Radha Krishna Temple on Hare Krishna Hill, Rajajinagar, the Bangalore city civil court on Friday declared ISKCON-Bangalore to be the absolute owner of the Temple and that ISKCON-Mumbai has no right to interfere in ISKON-Bangalore's affairs.
